“True story: I was without a vehicle for a while and haven't been able to save anything for one. I needed a ride a week ago today to get some things from the store. A wonderful person I work with gave me a ride to the store, but needed to get her oil change at the dealership. I was able to drive myself to the store that night with no hassle. Marcie made it happen. Every day I have my vehicle I still wonder how it happened. All I can say is if you need a ride... ask for Marcie. She can make it happen! Thanks Marcie!”

“Leah Reynolds did a GREAT job on getting my Outlander set up. Bought it right off the Showroom floor! I had an awesome time. She educated both me and my husband. She did such a great job, We BOTH bought cars from her. GREAT JOB, LEAH!”

“We had our car in for service today and was told we needed a cabin filter replace which was not true we changed it right before we took the car in for service..(wife took the car in)so when she got home and told me they said we needed one I went up there to talk with the manager he told me they do it by mileage which I knew but my wife told him to look at it and she ask him Three time did he look and three times he said yes but the manager try to out or over talk me would not listen to what I was telling him never was I disrespectful to him but I feel like he could have care less about what was going on we bought a car from there this year and was going to buy a truck from them but that have change I suggested that he have a talk with his guys because it look shady to me and he just blew me off . keeping up the maintenance on a car can get expensive and all the customers want is a good job and a honest experience and I did get so much as a we are sorry sir now I have had great experience dealing with the people there but today was not one of those days.

We got a call from Valdosta Mitsubishi this morning and they did apologize for the experience that we had on yesterday God's word say to be forgiven we must forgive so we do expect your apology and look to move on from this and continue to do business here honesty will always produce the best result have a bless day”
