“The service and workers here are horrible and so rude. It’s a long story of what happened with my car here but I was accused by the staff of purposefully adding miles to my car even though the car was under warranty with the extra miles I apparently added on MY OWN CAR THAT I PAID TO DRIVE. I was told I got done “favors” in the past despite all my past services being done under warranty, and because of that I needed to just accept the overpriced quote they gave me regarding a battery issue. After all issues were resolved and my car was finally fixed, I noticed a FOOT LONG SCRATCH ON THE FRONT OF MY HOOD. After reaching back out to the dealer regarding the scratch they claimed they couldn’t do anything and it might be from their car wash even though my car wasn’t even washed there. DONT GO HERE! I’ve always bought honda cars, but this specific dealership is a huge dissapointment and i’m never coming back. UPDATE: It’s been a few weeks and the manager wasn’t investigating anything and didn’t reach out to me like they said in their reply until I reached out to them. With the way they treated me at the beginning, I was already wary of bringing my car back, but did so anyway, I guess this is what you get when you call out their employees on their horrible behavior. They’re still completely denying they did anything and are refusing to fix the intentional scratch. Please explain to me how a scratch like this appearing on my hood just days after it was in the shop is coincidental? So disappointing, be extremely careful bringing your car here, because I tried to called the honda company and found out they’re privately owned so they can get away with everything as the honda company has no control over them.”
