“I would seriously think twice before buying any add on product or warranty from this dealership. When I purchased my vehicle, they pushed the Apex Platinum warranty hard and made it sound like I was getting top level coverage that would protect me from expensive repairs. Now that I actually need to use it, I am finding out how many exclusions are buried in the fine print and how little of that was actually explained when they were selling it to me. My DPF now needs to be replaced and I am being told it is not covered. I also have to pay for my transmission fluid service, even though oil changes and fuel filter changes are covered. For something sold as Platinum coverage, the amount of fine print and exclusions is ridiculous. They also tried extremely hard to sell me the Apex GPS product. I told them I did not want it, but because the equipment had already been installed on the vehicle, I still had to pay for the part that was already there. Between that and how aggressively the warranty was pushed, it definitely made me question how much incentive there is for the dealership to sell these products. My issue is not just that something is excluded. My issue is that the exclusions and limitations were not clearly explained when the warranty was being sold. If they had explained the actual coverage as thoroughly as they explained all the supposed benefits, I would not have purchased it. If you buy a vehicle here, read every single page before agreeing to any warranty, GPS package, or add on. Ask exactly what is not covered and get it in writing. Do not rely on the sales pitch. I absolutely would not purchase this warranty again. I will definitely not be making a vehicle purchase here again.”

“Nothing special. Our most recent visit was a bit of an inconvenience for the service bay employees. Our arrival time interrupted their breakfast taco time ....and pick-up time was quite similar. We will continue bringing the vehicle for warranty work & will lower our expectations on the rest. Where I really LOVE leaving positive reviews and praise where it is due, this just doesn't check all the boxes for that. Service-related industries seem to have forgotten where the bulk of their revenue comes from. True customer service involves eye contact, definitely involves pausing cell phone activity ...and it involves focus on customer until the transaction is completed. Please...do better. Any job worth doing, is worth doing well. Let that marinate for a bit.”

“If I could give half a star I would. I purchased my truck brand new this past July. I did not purchase it from Victoria Dodge because they were not willing to work out a deal with me. I purchased it from Bluebonnet who gave me a much better deal, no back and forth with a considerably great interest rate. I received a recall notice so i took it to Victoria Dodge as i live in Victoria. They handled the recall with no issues but when i went to pick up my truck there were two deep scratch marks on the driver side passenger door that werent there the morning i dropped it off. What REALLY upsets me is I had to bring it to their attention and whoever scratched up my door didnt disclose this information with their superiors. Apparently my door is supposed to be repainted no questions asked but im not going to believe that until its actually done. Feel free to call me on this as im expecting someone to reach out to me from your location for at least an apology.....but thats hasnt even happened yet.”
