“I had such a great experience at Nissan of Victoria! Al, my salesman, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, and the finance team was just as great. Everyone really listened to what I needed and worked with me to find something that fit my situation without making me feel pressured or like I had to settle.
They truly met me where I was at and made it possible for me to drive away in a car I actually love. The whole experience was easy, comfortable, and way less stressful than I expected car buying to be. I really appreciate Al and the entire team for taking such good care of me. Highly recommend Nissan of Victoria!”

“My experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
We were clearly told that the required down payment would be $3,000. Based on that representation, my son agreed to move forward, completed the credit application, and was sent a contract. However, when we reviewed the contract, it showed a $5,000 down payment instead.
When we questioned the discrepancy, we were told they would speak with management to see if they could “work the $3,000 in.” That conversation alone confirmed that $3,000 had, in fact, been discussed. However, when I later spoke with Manager Javier, he claimed that the down payment was never $3,000 and had supposedly always been $5,500. Those two explanations directly contradict each other. If the down payment had truly always been $5,500, there would have been nothing for management to “check” or negotiate, and none of our time should have been wasted.
We were also told the vehicle had been sitting on the lot for 77 days because it was waiting on parts, while at the same time being pressured to make a decision because there were supposedly other buyers interested. It felt like a sales tactic designed to rush us into committing before we had the full picture.
After reviewing the actual terms, we clearly stated that we were no longer interested, that we were walking away from the deal, and that we did not want to be contacted again.
Despite that request, my son received another call the following day. During that conversation, he explained that he was not willing to put more money down than what had originally been represented. When he expressed his frustration and said they were “acting like children,” Finance Manager Jay responded by saying, “Well, you look like one.”
That response was completely unprofessional. A finance manager should never resort to insulting a customer simply because the customer declines a deal or questions the terms being presented.
As a single mother, I teach my children to ask questions, read contracts carefully, and make financially responsible decisions. Customers should never be made to feel pressured or belittled for choosing not to accept terms that differ from what they were originally told.
When I later spoke with Manager Javier, instead of addressing the inconsistencies or the inappropriate behavior from his finance manager, he made the comment that “your child doesn’t even have the credit for it.” That statement made even less sense considering my son already has an auto loan in his own name with an established payment history.
If my son truly did not qualify from the beginning, then why was a credit application submitted? Why was a contract sent? Why were different down payment amounts discussed? Why were we encouraged to continue through the process only to end up with terms that could not be delivered? Those questions were never answered.
Transparency and honesty should be the foundation of any vehicle purchase. Instead, we experienced conflicting information, changing financial terms, unnecessary pressure, repeated contact after declining the deal, and unprofessional remarks from management.
Buyers should carefully review every number before signing anything and get every promise in writing. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend doing business with this dealership.”

“This is a good group of people. I had a big mess from the last service writer who left and Becky the new service writer had to handle it. She was so nice and researched everything and got it straightened out for me. Steve the mechanic did an amazing job on my truck. Joseph the porter drove me to and from work and was very professional and nice. Stephanie the cashier is so nice. Benji the owner is super nice and very down to earth and actually greets his customers and speaks to them. I would recommend this dealership for service on your vehicle. Becky and Matthew in the service department will take good care of you.”

“We did our research in purchasing a new car and knew what we wanted. We went to Nissan of Victoria and Ana helped us meet the price we were looking for. They didn't have the exact car we wanted on the lot but were quickly able to locate one with the interior color and model we were looking for that same day. Working with Ana and the financial team at Nissan of Victoria was the easiest auto purchase we've made. Every person we interacted with was professional and kind. It was a very good experience. We would purchase from them again. We love our new 2026 Pathfinder.”

“I had a disappointing experience with Nissan of Victoria. I initially visited the dealership to explore trading in my current vehicle and was presented with several options. After deciding the available offers did not fit my budget, I prepared to leave. At that point, I was presented with a new offer that was described as affordable and included additional benefits, which led me to return the following morning to complete the paperwork.
Unfortunately, when I returned, the terms presented were significantly different from what had been discussed the day before. The monthly payment was much higher than the amount that had been quoted to me, and I was left feeling frustrated after making a special trip based on the previous offer.
For comparison, I had also visited Toyota of Victoria and was offered much less payment option. I genuinely love my current vehicle, so I was not desperate to make a deal. I was simply looking for an opportunity that made financial sense. Had the terms remained consistent with what was originally discussed, I would have seriously considered moving forward.
What disappointed me most was the lack of consistency and transparency throughout the process. While everyone I spoke with was polite, I believe customers should be be given accurate information from the beginning so they can make informed decisions without wasting time or experiencing unnecessary frustration.
I ultimately chose not to move forward with the transaction and requested that no further credit inquiries be made. I hope the dealership improves communication and follows through on the terms discussed with prospective customers.”
