“Why do people hate car dealerships. This place is why. I did an online, sell us your car, and got offered $17,316 (without them seeing it) and not including $12,000 in upgrades. I immediately get a call saying when can you stop in. I said i can come now but will not sell it for price offered as they don't know all that was put in to it. I arrive within the hour. They take keys and rather quickly the guy walks over and shows me paper that says in FAIR condition it's worth like $14,300 but THEY ARE WILLING TO OFFER ME $15,000 and change for the EXCELLENT condition price for all the upgrades. So for $12000 in upgrades, no rust (minor door hinge surface rust and one rear door knob sticks, but works), they offered less than $1000 more. Which is LESS than the online price. What a racquet. I said why waste my time. Took my keys and left.”
