“Alex Vazquez is a great technician and is very helpful. The service manager, Ivan, does the best he can to be human and understanding. The receptionists are super professional and courteous. They get a 3-star rating for what I felt was an unwillingness to source parts in a manner that would keep my car from being totaled. I paid Dyer's tear down fee and moved my car to C-Char Auto Sales and he was able to do the repairs for $5,000 less and save my car. Dyer is great IF you are NOT worried about a financial threshhold causing your car to be totaled by the insurance company. If that is your concern, you should take heed to the reason they only got 3-stars.”
