“Best car dealership experience I’ve ever had. Tracy and Ashley made the entire process smooth, easy, and even fun! Car shopping was stressful before I found this business and these wonderful people. They made me feel at home from the first phone calls I had about the vehicle I was interested in to picking my 2 year old and I up at the train station (we rode up from San Diego) to keeping the toddler entertained while I re-learned stick shift and then got all the paperwork signed to seal the deal! They answered all my (many) questions by phone, text, or email in a really timely manner. We talked out the carfax history over the phone (which was also sent to me). We also talked through and came to a price point I am really happy with, which was amazing because sometimes talking price point and even mentioning bargaining can be really uncomfortable. I never felt pushed, rushed, or given any false ideas about the vehicle which is a huge deal to me. It was just an honest respectful process and great communication. I wish Tracy and Ashley were local to SD where I live because I would go back to the dealership just to say hi again and give them a hug after making my experience so stress-free and enjoyable.
