“So happy with my service visit today at the Jeep dealership in Venice. I drive from Sarasota to Venice expecting excellent service. (The Sarasota dealership really let us down in the past). But, today met all my expectations...everyone was as friendly and helpful as can be, the appointment time was honored and I was in and out within an hour. Jeep was inspected fully, recall part replaced, and had a maintenance plan of action. Thank you to my service advisor, Mark Hays, for taking such good care of me and my Jeep. “I dropped my truck off on 01-06-26. I received a phone call the next morning to tell me the tech that was working on my truck hit a wall. I got my truck back on 01-27-26. Only to find out they damaged my dash, driver seat back and rear panel behind back seat. They told me they would order parts and take care of it. After no word from them a month later I brought them an estimate. They got combative with me saying “ they ain’t paying another dealers markups “ so they bought it back in . They fixed the interior panels but not the body damage from hitting the wall and now they are ghosting me. They told me that the documentation on work they did would be emailed to me and it has not been received . Can’t get a return phone call or email. 6 months later my truck is still damaged. Next step will be small claims court.”
