“I came in to have my 2016 Audi Q5 serviced. I requested an oil change—which was performed—but when I checked the oil level afterward, the gauge showed it was only at 80%. This indicates that the official dealership did not top up the oil completely. I am dissatisfied with the service provided, and I do not plan to return here for future maintenance, as they failed to add a sufficient amount of oil.”
