“The experience was quite unsatisfactory. I made an effort to arrive punctually for my scheduled oil change, only to find myself waiting over 30 minutes just to be checked in. After an initial 15-minute wait, I went inside and was informed that they were occupied with paperwork and that I should wait outside. I waited for another 15 minutes, then returned inside to inquire about the situation, and was told that no one was aware that I was waiting to be checked in, despite my car being the only one with a cone on top. It was rather disappointing to observe such a lack of urgency in assisting a loyal customer.”
