We traveled about 8 hours to pick up a vehicle, and the entire process went flawlessly. The transaction was smooth, the deal was exactly as promised, and the car was in great shape. They even stayed after hours for us also helped coordinate with our finance company as we had a unique situation. If I had to note one area for improvement, it would be the detailing — the car wasn’t spotless. That said, I’m a bit OCD and it was an easy fix. Although the car is used, it literally smelt brand new inside still. It was immaculate, inside and out; just as if it came fresh off the lot. The car i purchased reflects all their other inventory. They pick and choose their inventory very precisely and don't take in any junk. This is very important since buying used cars can be scary sometimes. They also have something for everyone. They were able to get me financing within 15 minutes, and took my old Jeep as trade after some inspecting to ensure it meets their standards. This family owned business is very humbling and they're all very knowledgeable in the industry. They know specifications on other car makes/models, so I was able to compare other cars with their help. The customer service was great, they offered me water and coffee and made sure i was comfortable during the process. I came 10 minutes before they closed and they stood with me and didn't tell me to come back the next day like most other dealers.
