“Here's a polished version suitable for a public dealership review: Writing The sales process was smooth and pleasant; however, my experience after purchasing the vehicle was extremely disappointing. I purchased a used truck, and the salesperson promised that it would receive a full detailing service before delivery. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, I was shocked by its condition. The frunk and truck bed storage compartment were filled with leaves, dirt, and debris. The interior was also covered with dog hair. This was completely unacceptable and far below what had been promised. When I expressed my concerns, the salesperson asked me to return the following day so the truck could be properly detailed. The next day, however, I received a text message informing me that it was his day off. I had to send photos of the truck's condition and insist that the vehicle be taken in for proper detailing. Once again, all that appeared to be done was a basic wash and vacuum. While it was slightly better, debris and dog hair were still present throughout the vehicle. I reminded the salesperson that this was not what we had agreed upon when I signed the purchase documents. To make matters worse, during the test drive everything appeared to be in excellent condition. However, shortly after taking delivery and after the first wash, I noticed a dashboard warning indicating that the 12-volt battery needed replacement. I immediately sent photos and text messages to the salesperson, asking how it was possible for Hyundai to deliver a vehicle in such poor condition and with a battery issue. Unfortunately, I never received a response. Even more disappointing, no one from management ever contacted me to address my concerns. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise prospective buyers to carefully inspect any vehicle before taking delivery. Buyer Beware.”
