“Idk how these people think they are a good dealership.. nothing but lie and want more money out of you. I'd rather walk in -30 degree upstate New York weather bare foot 30 miles than ever buy a car from this dealership again.. service techs lie and don't listen to anything you say if you are a female and try to make you spend more money. 4 months into my 2020 escape off these jokers and it's been nothing but updates being done and in and out of the shop. 10/10 please do yourself and family a favor and spend your hard earned money elsewhere!”

“This place is a SCAM and completely unprofessional. We put a deposit down on a vehicle on Saturday. We live two hours away and made it very clear to the sales team that we would arrange pickup on Monday. That was agreed upon. Monday, we receive a TEXT MESSAGE stating they sold the car we had already put a deposit on. Yes — sold it out from under us. They tried to call but since we were working and couldn’t answer, they thought it would be appropriate to simply text us that the vehicle was gone. No phone call explaining the situation. No accountability. Not even the courtesy to ask us to call them back to discuss what happened. Just a casual text that the car we had already paid to hold was sold to someone else. How does a dealership take a deposit on a vehicle and then sell it anyway? That is beyond unprofessional — it is unacceptable business practice. To make matters worse, we STILL do not have our deposit returned. Do NOT purchase here. I wish I could give 0 stars instead of 1.”

“Overall, I was happy with the experience. Sales Man was great. The finance guy, was a finance guy try to do the usual and sell you stuff or get me into a different credit application and not use the one that I was already preapproved for, but I stuck to my guns. one thing I was a little upset with was that apparently the Ford dealers do some sort of a 32 point checkpoint on the vehicle and when I brought it home, there was an issue with the louvers for the radiator, which were literally disconnected on the passenger side, how someone didn’t see that I do not know. so now I have to take it to another service center and get it done myself. Also, I was told numerous time there was only one key and when I wanted to set up the door code All videos pointed that you needed two keys, when I called their service department luckily, the service manager said that there was another key and they were great about it and actually shipped it to me overnight..”
