“I made an appointment on 10/20/25 for an oil change, multi point inspection, and transmission fluid check that would take place on 10/28/25 at 9AM. My appointment was confirmed and I received numerous reminders reminding of that above appointment. On 10/28/25 I arrived to upper Marlboro ford at 8:45AM. I was told at that time that they would not be looking at my transmission fluid and that I would have to make a separate appointment to have that looked at. This was very frustrating considering that was the main reason I made my appointment for 10/28/25. My car was checked in at 8:50AM for the oil change. My car sat out front at the servicing department until 9:35AM. At 10:50AM Elizabeth came to inform me that my vehicles servicing was complete and to proceed to pay. I had to ask if there was anything found from the multipoint inspection. The vehicle technician (Whomever EZK is) never came out to go over the findings of what was fixed/wrong with my vehicle from the multi point inspection. It was at that point that I looked at the report card to find 3 areas that were in the red. Once again I was frustrated because it is fords job to let me know the items needing fixed on the vehicle. Elizabeth gave me a quote for the 3 things needing fixed and I asked if they could complete those items on that day. They did and had to take my vehicle back to the shop and was not completed with the service until almost 11:30AM. When I got home, I reviewed the report card again to find that my windshield wipers were in the red and need to be replaced. Once again, this was never stated to me.
I now have to make an additional appointment for the transmission fluid check which I feel shouldn’t have been necessary when I already made an appointment for that.
Elizabeth was very apologetic about the above stated events that occurred, and I don’t fault her for it, but I do believe there should be some sort of responsibility taken.
I continue to visit this ford because it’s the closest location to me for vehicle servicing, but I will have to consider a different location with better service and I would recommend that any future patrons do the same.
***UPDATE***
One of the managers Aaron contacted me to rectify the above issue. We scheduled an appointment and on 11/21 I visited the dealership to have the issues of my vehicle resolved. Elizabeth had great customer service and when one of the parts were not in stock, she assured me she would contact me the same day to bring the vehicle back for a quick installation. The issue concerning my transmission and vehicle skipping/jumping when shifting gears is still not resolved and they stated I would have to bring the car back for a full diagnosis for that. So I’ll have to bring the car back a third time.”

“The back window of my truck quit working and was stuck down on a Saturday afternoon, I called after service hours but a fellow named Robert was very helpful and said I could bring my truck in and they would store it in the garage. Monday morning Shane called me and was very pleasant and helpful and took care of my needs. I am very satisfied with the people that I dealt with and the work that was done. Thank you very much.”

“The people at Upper Marlboro Ford made the purchase of my 2016 Ford F-150 easy. My sales consultant Jerimiah Contee was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient and answered all of my questions. Finance Director Shelly-Ann Samuel got me the best rate. She explained the purpose of each form I was signing and addressed each of my questions. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from them again.”
