“Over the weekend I made a purchase for a used car. Overall experience was outstanding. Mr. Kendall Tate was my salesman . He was patient, confident, knowledgeable, communitive, and very experienced which made my purchase easy and done in a timely manner. The site General Manager Mr. John Garces, was very wholesome and shared time to listen to my experience. BMW South matched information I came across for veterans purchasing new and used BMW automobiles. Overall great experience and would recommend 1st time buyers or experiences buyers to shop here.”

“My sales agent, Kendall, was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and determined to select the X5 I desired. Moreover, JT, one of the sales/finance managers, was determined that I didnt leave the showroom without that X5, and he provided a plan that met my budget. Sam, finance manager, was great too---very detailed--gave me some comfort while making a huge purchase. Essentially, these young men were very patient and listened to me ...I was extremely pleased...Thanks to all for making my first SUV purchase seem so seamless.”

“🚨 Sharing My Experience So Others Don’t Go Through This 🚨
I really didn’t want to post this, but at this point I feel it’s the only way to be heard. On November 1, 2025, I purchased a 2024 Kia EV6 from BMW of South Atlanta, expecting a safe and reliable vehicle. Instead, I was given a car straight from auction — uncleaned, uninspected, and missing essential parts.
Here’s what I discovered right away:
• A busted headlamp
• Missing second key fob
• Missing frunk battery cover
• Damaged hose inside the frunk
• Missing V2L adapter
• Windshield wipers so worn I could barely see in the rain
• Faulty tire pressure sensor
• Ticking/lawn-mower noise + burning smell
I was promised these issues would be fixed. Four days later, I picked up my car… and it was only detailed, not repaired. Several safety concerns were ignored, and the missing parts were never replaced.
The most disappointing part?
📞 Both managers (John Garces and Ken Wilson) will not answer nor return my calls.
📎 I was told by Mr. Wilson to KIA to obtain pricing for repairs that were already their responsibility; which I sent to him but to no avail.
I'm retired military and have purchase numerous BMWs over the years and never have been treated like this EVER! This experience has been unsafe, unprofessional, and unacceptable.
I’m sharing this publicly because consumers deserve honesty, accountability, and safe vehicles — not excuses and silence. This dealership is TOTALLY wrong in how they have handle me and this situation.
I still hope BMW of South Atlanta will step up and make this right. Until then, consider this a reminder to always advocate for yourself and your safety. Caveat emptor "Let the buyer beware"
