“Got a certified pre owned in the past couple of years. Bought here because they had the car and trim I was looking for. Everyone was nice and the purchase process was smooth.
Unfortunately, they're no different than any other dealer trying to extract as much money from you as possible. I was in immediate need of a car and they took advantage of that (my problem). I traded in a car and they offered $1k for it because when they took it to their mechanic, it "kicked back some codes" ha. What codes he didn't mention.
The CPO had several issues. The panel between the driver side front and rear windows was loose so I had to have that replaced at a dealer closer to me. The passenger rear door would not unlock so that had to be repaired as well.
Another major downside included a $2k ceramic coating that was not reflected in the online price. This was already applied so it was not something you could get removed.
Lastly, the finance person was not completely forthcoming. I got suckered into getting an additional wear and tear warranty. She mentioned she rides her car hard so it's good to have it when you realize it's $1k to replace the front brakes. That scared me so I got it but she hid the fact that labor wasn't included so I saved roughly $330 with my recent replacement. It does include one alignment (about $600) and some other things but there's no way you will use most of the $4k warranty. Again, this is mostly my fault so what can you do, just a warning.”

“Where do i began , i got my first Q5 from here 4 years ago Sean Bishop and Kelly Stapleton made me the happiest woman in the world driving that car off the lot and here it is 4 years later the dynamic duo has done it again I. drove my all new 2025 Audi Q5 off the lot on Saturday Big thanks to Sean Bishop and Kelly Stapleton for not only being great at what they do but for being such Awesome people inside and out i absolutely love the dealership as a whole the staff is amazing from top to bottom , thank you Kenan for putting up with my questions when i reach out , sales , service , finance , and the receptionist all are amazing it's a beautiful atmosphere with genuine people THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING SO WONDERFUL!!!!”

“My Audi dealership experience started on a high note with a warm and professional greeting from Paul Mitchell, the Finance Manager. Paul immediately made me feel welcomed and valued, and he introduced me to DeLacy Smith, the Audi Brand Specialist. From the moment I met DeLacy, his calm and genuine aura helped ease the anxiety I had about buying a car on my own — something that can be incredibly overwhelming, especially for a woman navigating the process solo.
DeLacy didn’t come across as just another car salesman chasing a quota. Instead, he felt more like a trusted friend guiding me through the experience. His approach was thoughtful, patient, and reassuring, which made a world of difference. Paul Mitchell also continued to impress me throughout the process, even during the final paperwork signing — a moment that can often feel rushed or transactional. He made it comfortable and clear, which I truly appreciated.
Unfortunately, not every part of the experience lived up to that standard. I was disappointed by the lack of honesty from Shaun, the Sales Manager. When I shared the monthly payment I was comfortable with, Shaun claimed that due to my credit, they had to “call in a favor from one of their banks.” This turned out to be completely false. I was already pre-approved with Capital One, and not long after I left the dealership, Paul Mitchell called to let me know that my pre-approval actually came with a lower interest rate and a lower monthly payment than what Shaun had presented.
This part of the experience was disheartening. It felt like a deliberate misrepresentation, and it undermined the trust I had built with the rest of the team. Integrity is everything in the car buying process, and this moment lacked it.
Despite that disappointment, I’m truly grateful for the professionalism, kindness, and care shown by Paul Mitchell and DeLacy Smith. They turned what could have been a stressful experience into something memorable and empowering. Their integrity and customer-first approach are what I’ll remember most — and what I hope becomes the standard across the industry.”

“My experience from beginning to end was great. I initiated the process online and soon received a text from Primo Wanat to arrange an appointment at the dealership.
Primo met me outside the door of the dealership and welcomed me to Audi South Atlanta. We took a test ride in the Audi A5 while the dealership evaluated my trade-in. Primo was responsive and informative to all my questions. He highlighted features I did not know.
Upon returning to the dealership, my trade-in vehicle was appraised, and the financial terms for the A5 were finalized.
Paul Mitchell, the Finance Manager, provided a comprehensive explanation of each document requiring my signature.
Once the A5 was ready, Primo helped me configure the electronics, including connecting my phone.
The following day, Primo reached out to address any additional questions I might have and to emphasize that he and Audi South Atlanta remain readily available for assistance.”

“KP did a great job selling us our first Audi ! He’s honest, knowledgeable and very professional. My husband and I appreciate his hard work. The Audi team seemed to be enthusiastic about their craft. We got a great deal with Eric in financing. Paul closed us out and was extremely impressive too. We actually drove from our local one to this one 40 minutes away to circle back and seal the deal.”
