“First off, dealerships can make mistakes since they are run by humans, but how they are handled is what defines the dealership. I cannot recommend Stivers Ford enough after my experience over the last few days. After my local dealership jacked the price $7k and raised the payment I should have had by over $400, I started looking online. Taylor answered the phone and listened to me. Checked on the truck and shot me a video. Then came Bill Cox. Tremendous manager that is committed to dealership excellence. We got everything worked out and I agreed to come in first thing Saturday. Spoke to Taylor and informed her I would be there early "licking the windows to get in" as soon as the managers were there. There was a little misunderstanding with my paperwork, but it was just communication. That's where Bill Cox, Ed Powell and Victor stepped in and showed how committed they are to making certain that not only the right thing is done, but that the customer is satisfied. Victor did my delivery and is 100% aligned with their beliefs as well. When I read any bad reviews about Stivers, I have a hard time believing them. I have to ask, did that customer really give them a chance to make things right? Or did they just run to the internet and gripe. With my experience, I believe they would have made it right and you should feel comfortable that they will take care of you.
