When it got down to the wire and $$$$$$ was on the table, the General Manager, JJ, came over and made sure my young buyer was ready and responsible for the major purchase. I appreciated that. This is our 3rd purchase at this dealership, 1st under new management and as you can see, we left with another. Total 4... and we have one more to go! Oh!! I cannot forget Ms. Jazzzzz!! “It was my first visit and it was great experience! Big shout out for Jerrell Giddins who greeted me and went over appointment services. I asked about the coupon/promotions, and he kindly went over all available options. After choosing the promotion for oil change, he informed me how long it may take and led me to the waiting lounge. After hour and a half (I had 8:00 AM appointment) he called me up for check out. He applied the best deal in a quick second. Overall it had a mixture of friendly, quiet, and reliable vive so I definitely recommend this dealership. *Personal note: I didn’t feel much of a difference after car maintenance from different dealerships (2 places). I definitely felt difference with my car after servicing here - smooth acceleration, cleaner/quieter sound. So big shout out to all the mechanics/technicians as well who have done awesome work!”
