“We purchased a vehicle from Autos of Texas in Tyler, TX. The salesman who sold us the car was nice and helpful during the purchase, which is the only reason for the two stars. Unfortunately, less than 30 days after buying the car, we started having multiple issues. When I called the dealership to ask for help, I was told that the car was the cheapest one they had and that there was nothing they could do. That response was disappointing, especially so soon after purchase. I understand buying a used car comes with risks, but some level of support or concern would have gone a long way.”
