Pro's Friendly sale staff Con's Once the vehicle was purchased and issues arose, no return calls by the company or owner were made to communicate even if the answer was not what I wanted to hear. The vehicle I bought was at 80,000 miles with a clean carfax, but be aware that the carfax will not give you full details. Take car to pre inspect before buying. My carfax said brakes were service at 79,000 and when I took it home and drove for a week, I noticed a weak brake system and took a better look to find no pad on brakes and rotors rusted with the need to be replaced. Should have been done for safety reasons before anyone should have test driven the vehicle off the lot. Safety is not this companies priority for buyers and their families. BIGGEST TAKEAWAY FROM MY REVIEW: TAKE TO A PROFESSIONAL AUTO MECHANIC FOR A PRE BUY INSPECT ON ANY CAR FROM THIS COMPANY/ LOT. I have learned a valuable lesson”

“Autos of Texas in Tyler Texas presents themselves as a high end car dealership that sells quality used vehicles. This cannot be any further from the truth. I purchased a vehicle from them that had supposedly been thoroughly inspected and was in perfect used condition. I could not drive the 10 hours to see the vehicle so I asked for detailed pictures. Jay sent me pictures that were taken in a manner to purposely the inside of the tires that were slick. Even went as far as to send me a false safety check up list from the dealers personal mechanic. I refused to sign my paperwork until I spoke with Kamran Chottani the owner. I got nowhere. He is a smooth talking, liar that will say anything to cover his tail. He told face lied about the vehicle, and conveniently forgot to mention the fact that the sunroof had been replaced and that is where my leak a as coming from. He offered to get me a set of tires and ship them to me at his discounted price and I pay for them. I was able to get the exact tires for $30 a piece cheaper. He refused to make right the issues that he knew was wrong. Please be very careful with purchasing from this dealer.”
