“The service advisors were friendly and courteous during both of my visits, which I appreciated. However, communication was consistently an issue. On more than one occasion, my vehicle was finished for hours without any notification, and I had to reach out myself to get updates. On my most recent visit, the original concerns were not resolved and a new issue appeared after service. While the staff was pleasant to work with, the lack of communication and follow-through ultimately made the experience frustrating.”

“We went in to look at a 2023 Kia Sorento that was priced fairly. Based on recent previous experiences with other dealerships, we were prepared for the actual price to be a lot more than what it was listed for. Paloma provided honesty, transparency, and full disclosure of everything up front. It was SO refreshing to finally chat with a salesperson who wasn't trying to be shady and skate over all sorts of hidden fees, or try to trick us by rearranging numbers. Our entire interaction with her and the other staff members made the whole process so painless and simple. I am a super satisfied customer!”

“I’m located in the inland Empire in Southern California, I flew to San Francisco and was provided five star service by Hayward Toyota part of the AutoNation Group. They picked me up from the airport and my guests drove me to the dealer and made my purchasing experience. Very simple the service portion was not so simple when I came back down to Southern California with my Ford raptor Ford Tustin, part of the automation group made service with my truck very difficult frustrating and overall exhausting. My truck was in service collectively over three months now I purchased my truck in May. I would never go back to Fort Tustin. The service director just tried to purchase my customer satisfaction. An example of how he treated me was their detailed team burned my hoods paint, it resulted in he talking up a storm stating that it was going to be painted by a very renowned painter that their Dealer works with. I received the truck back with many imperfections dozens of fish eyes and spots where it’s very evident of Paint drip. When bringing it back to his attention, he says I should be thankful because it was done under Goodwill and there’s nothing else he will do. This is not how customer service should be.”
