âChris was an amazing rep! He was very paitent with me and incredibly knoweledgable. I never once felt pressured or taken advantage of. He was so paitent letting me explore my options and very friendly. He made what really one of the biggest purchases anyone makes in life a fun, stress free process. Beto in the finance office helped walk me through the process of financing and fought to get me a great rate as a first time borrower. I love the local philanthropy that the company does. Overall 5 stars isn't enough. I highly reccomend purchasing your next vehicle from these lovely people.â

âI brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and was disappointed with the overall experience. The service took significantly longer than expected for a basic oil change. When I picked up my vehicle, the oil life on the dashboard had not been reset, and there was no service sticker indicating when the next oil change is due.
Additionally, the interior was left dirtyâspecifically the armrest, which had visible grease/oil marks, likely from the technicianâs hands. This was not cleaned before returning the vehicle to me.
I expect better attention to detail and basic care, especially from a dealership service department. While mistakes happen, these are small but important things that should be standard. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.â

âAfternoon Tucson - Real Review - you know I keep it real
Ben Dierkes, (I hope I spelled it correctly ) - is a top notch sales guy, He made buying the Camry super easy.
The huge plus on a used Car was we have oil changes for life,
Also they sell used cars that are not beat to death like almost all the other lots in Town.
Our car was spotless!!!
Also Jim click, the man himself came over and talked to us.
You canât go wrong with these guys, they are good honest local Tucson
Go here and you will get a great car !

âKarina Martinez is the best! I have been dreading getting a new car, and started checking out a few different options to replace my Tesla model Y. A few other dealership, and the cars available were not ideal.
Karina made the process so simple and I was shocked... even ENJOYABLE! She was knowledgeable, friendly, low pressure, and so easy to work with.
To top it off, finance was extremely easy and enjoyable as well â no hidden agendas, and very helpful.
The Mach-E is beautiful and functional, and Iâm thrilled with my experience. Go see Karina âşď¸â¤ď¸.

âI lost my wallet at Holmes Tuttle Ford, but they refused to review security footage to help identify the person who took it. Without my wallet, I had no immediate way to pay, and they wouldnât release my truck until I escalated the issue to the manager and requested to go to the bank for a temporary card.
I paid $95K for this truck in 2022 and have consistently serviced it at this dealership, always paying on time. The lack of trust and unwillingness to accommodate a loyal customer is disappointing. I wonât return for service or purchase another vehicle from them and strongly advise others to think twice before doing business here. Loyalty and a $100K investment clearly mean nothing to them.â
