ā€œThe Staff at Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Troy were extremely helpful. John Hering helped me in the service department fill up my tires on a cold day. My wife and I both own jeeps, and this is why service quality and integrity of the vehicle and of the staff. I live in Clawson and this is my local dealership. We botb purchased our Jeeps here and love them. My wife and I swear by the Grand Cherokee’s she has an Overland and we love it. Amazing work service department thanks we will be back to buy more.ā€

ā€œif I could give zero stars I would. took my car into the service center three times already and each time I get it back it's a new problem with them. It's been over a month and nobody will communicate with me. I feel like they don't even test drive their cars because I noticed the problems two minutes after leaving the dealership had to directly go back and drop my car off. They told me that it was messed up because I had a bolt in my tire mind you that bolt wasn't there when I dropped it off. I got new tires and my truck is still messed up. My stop start stopped working & im sure my axle (which they replaced) is loose. i havent felt comfortable in my car for weeks. the service center was closed. They got me a rental in 20 minutes and now I've been waiting three weeks. My car is still messed up. The only answer I'm getting is "working on a rental". when I texted him the other day he told me "lol I forgot" extremely unprofessional bc im not laughing this is my only car. which made me feel like I'm not a priority and he doesn't value my service as much as other people. I paid my deductible already & I dont think its fair for me to have to take it somewhere else. Which I prefer bc of the terrible service & more issues happening with my car. my car has more problems than when I first took it in. I've been trying to get in contact with several people. I called the manager this morning; No answer. left a message. No call back. My advisor won't call me back. Nobody will call me back. mind you I paid already.. I would not waste my time & go somewhere else honestly which i feel like at this point i might have to.ā€

ā€œI purchased a minivan for my family May 1st and within the 1st week the car needed a major repair that was covered under my warranty. I was told this major repair would take 2 weeks but it ended up taking 9 weeks. The dealership provided me with loaner cars for the 9 week repair but I had to which the cars our once they reached 1,500 miles which was a huge inconvenience for me. I ended up in 4 different loaners over the 9 weeks. After taking 9 weeks to repair my car, the dealership promised to mail a check to me for the inconvenience. This check was supposed to be used to subsidize the cost of a $900 windshield expense the dealership charged me for a rock chip on a loaner car I drove. Two months later I still have not received my check and when I called to check the status of the check, I was told the reimbursement check was denied. This is unacceptable. This is unprofessional and poor communication. How can you take someone’s check back and not inform them? This dealership used me to drive their brand cars as loaner cars and penalized me for very minor, incidental damages. I reached out to Fred July 18th and I still have not received a response, 2 months later.ā€
