âBrother Manuel and Ryan were straight up and about business they worked with me. I recommend them to anyone I went to Amko and they couldn't even find the vehicle but I pulled up and the vehicle was there no hassle at all. Also they have a lunch room you can use instead of eating outside. I will be continuing business with them.â

âManuel and Julius truly made it happen for my son Davian to finally get the car heâs been wanting for a couple of years. They went above and beyond throughout the entire process â from finding the best lender to securing a warranty that will keep him protected while also being mindful of his budget long term.
I genuinely appreciate how they looked out for his best interest and not just the sale. Their professionalism, dedication, and effort did not go unnoticed. Weâre very grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend working with them!â

ââ BUYER BEWARE â VERY DISHONEST BUSINESS â
I had an extremely bad experience at Lease Return Center, 18313 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Triangle, VA 22172. The salesperson I dealt with was Anthony Huyuh, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Anthony demanded a âfully refundableâ deposit on a car they claimed they had already finished working on. I was clearly told that if I did not buy the car, my money would be refunded. That was a lie.
They took the money from my bank card in less than 24 hours, but once I decided not to buy the car, getting my refund has been an absolute nightmare. It has been days, and I still have not received my refund despite repeated attempts to resolve this.
They were very quick to take my money, but now they are slow, unresponsive, and unprofessional when it comes to returning it. This feels deceptive and unethical.
I am now filing a complaint with the BBB and moving forward with a police report because this behavior is unacceptable. No business should treat customers this way.
These people are not honest. Protect yourself and stay away.

âThis company sells cars that was severely damaged in accidents. I bought a 2020 Jaguar F-Pace from these guys on October 4, 2025. I bought this car on a Thursday. By Saturday, the check Engine light came on. Keep this in mind as you read, is that I live in Richmond, Va and this dealership is in Triangle, Va. About 70miles away.
The following Monday, I took it to a repair shop to get the check Engine light checked out, being I had bought the warranty from them. I called Lease Return Center that Monday to notify them about the engine light being on, and I am not comfortable driving it back that far. They said if the repairs shop find anything wrong they will pay take care of it. I HAVE A FULL PRINT OUT OF THE REPORT, IF GOOGLE LET'S ME UPLOAD IT.
The repair shop I used came back with this diagnostic...
1. Parking brake wire duct taped together underneath the car.
2. Electronic module maybe bad because giving false diagnostic codes
3. Needs a front left & right CV axle.
4. Needs front & rear brake pads, both sides
5. Rear right rotor
This is where things get interesting. The warranty company wouldn't cover it because the warranty contract was too new and these were "Pre-existing conditions." The warranty company I bought from them is Preferred Warranty Company Inc. I bought their top tier platinum warranty. I called back Lease Return Center to inform them of this, I was dealing with the salesman that sold me to car, he said bring it in, we will take care of it. I told him that I didn't feel comfortable driving it back with 2 broken CV axles. He told me they will send a tow truck down to get it. They never showed up. I called Lease Return Center everyday, all day for like a week. They wouldn't return my calls. After they recognize my number, they would just roll it over to someone voicemail. They just stopped picking up. If I got lucky and get someone, I ask for the manager Ryan. He never returns calls or voicemails.
He finally returned my call when I left a message saying I will pay for the CV axle repair if he takes care of everything else. He said do that and he will fix everything else. He never returned my call since. I even emailed him a copy of the full diagnostic report and still never returned a call or email. Not even to let me know he got the email.
I even got my finance company Capital One involved, they wouldn't even return their calls.
So nevertheless I got the CV axle myself fixed totalling $900...only to get them fixed to find out it needed front left & right hub bearings. The Warranty company took care of most of that, with a $582 out of pocket cost to me. And I will leave a review about them another day. And my car still needs rear suspension work and hub bearings. Lease Return Center has yet to return any calls and I still call them 2 months later. And it's Ironic Chris the salesman that sold me the car is no longer there. He supposedly left a couple of days after I let them know about the car.â

Although my deal ultimately fell through for personal reasons, the way Ryan and his team handled it spoke volumes about their integrity and character as a business. They returned my down payment check immediately, without hesitation or hassle, and showed an incredible level of empathy and understanding throughout the entire process. Even though I didnât end up driving away with a car, I drove away with something even more valuable, total confidence in their honesty and customer care.
