“I went to Dana doubting a good experience, but boy was I wrong. Don't believe everything you hear, give Dana a fair shot and you will be satisfied! These guys went above and beyond to meet my price range for a finance. They also gave me a great price for my trade in! Not only that, they showed me multiple vehicles that were available with the colors functions and features my wife and i were interested in. The salesman Ricardo was happy to help and made every process easy for me during the multiple test drives. The sales manager frank didn't even want a down payment untill I was ready to go, I went to 3 other dealers and not only were the other dealers unable to meet the dana price points, one was outright rude. I did some haggling and got a great bang for my buck here, I also must mention the finance manager sean was a pleasure to deal with. He made the process smooth explaining everything and not pushing surprise packages on you at signing. Overall it was a lenthly process and you definitely need some patience, but at the end of the day thats what purchasing a vehicle is.
