I recently purchased my vehicle here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very first phone call, Zack, Sean, and Joe made me feel welcome and taken care of. I live in San José and drove all the way to Tracy, and honestly, it was absolutely worth the trip.
They were professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle. Everything was clearly explained, the process was smooth, and I never felt pressured. Their teamwork and kindness made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.
I left feeling very satisfied and grateful. Zack, Sean, and Joe TRULY deserve recognition for their outstanding service — they represent the best of what a dealership should be.

Everything was handled via email, text and minimal phone calls. No pushy sales tactics to get me to “come in to the dealer.” They even delivered the vehicle to me.

“I recently bought a 2025 Hyundai Santa Cruz SEL Activity from Platinum Hyundai of Tracy, and Hamid was the one who helped me through the process. I’ll be honest — I went into this feeling really nervous. This was my first time ever buying a brand-new car completely on my own, and I had a lot of anxiety about the whole thing. I had already checked out a few other Hyundai dealerships before coming here, and while the experiences weren’t necessarily terrible, none of them made me feel as comfortable as I did with Hamid.
From the very beginning, he treated me with respect and never once made me feel pressured. Instead, he focused on what I actually wanted. He had this calm, straightforward way of explaining things that really helped put me at ease. Every step of the way, he took the time to explain the process clearly and answered all my questions without skipping a beat. You can tell when someone really knows their stuff, and Hamid definitely does.
Because I went in so anxious, I really appreciated how patient and understanding he was. He made what could have been a really stressful day feel surprisingly smooth. We were in and out in under two and a half hours, which honestly shocked me because I had prepared myself to be stuck at the dealership all day. Even though Tracy is a little over an hour drive for me, the experience I had there made the distance completely worth it.
Another thing I really appreciated was that Hamid followed up with a courtesy call after the sale just to make sure I was still happy with the car — and I am. That small gesture showed me he actually cares about his customers and not just the sale.
All in all, I walked away not only with the car I wanted, but also with the feeling that I was taken care of throughout the whole process. For me, that made all the difference.”
