“Courtney really did a great job assisting me with almost all aspects of the car buying process. Really appreciate all the info that was provided. I would recommend Courtney to anyone visiting Lexus of Towson. I would have given 5 stars in this review, but there was a small issue with the business manager. He was very polite and professional. However, I had agreed to an out the door price including tax, tag, and title. I live in PA and was told by Courtney that Lexus of Towson could handle tax, tag, and title processing in PA. Fantastic! After we made the deal for the SUV, the business manager told me that I would have to handle the tax and tag myself since I paid cash instead of financing which was an unexpected development. It took a while to confirm the correct tax and tag costs to be deducted from the agreed upon payment. I had to do a lot of number crunching to make sure everything was correct including lengthy discussion with the business manager to make sure we were on the same page. Just something that really made the car buying process a lot longer and also mildly disappointing that I had to put in the extra legwork for tax & tag. Having said this, in the end, happy with my purchase and Courtney was great to work with. Thanks to Lexus of Towson for getting me into a new vehicle.”
