He was kind, thoughtful, and great to be around while we went through stressful process of buying a car. He came by many times to make sure we were okay and that things were moving smoothly. A very knowledgeable and friendly management team too did a good job who we could tell treats his customers and employees with the highest regard. finance team finalized the process while giving us clarity, and ensuring all final steps were squared away. Rather than rush us, she allowed us to ask questions, really READ documents, and understand some things.
