Robert goes over and above to solve any issues. He works very hard to never have you wait while dropping off/picking up your car. I was driving home a few years ago from Utah, and my screen showed that I should pull off the road as my car was having an issue. I called Robert and he told me what he thought the issue was and set up an appointment at the Las Vegas Cadillac to service me when I got there. I drove into the Las Vegas Cadillac, they knew exactly what the issue was and I had an appointment. And everything went smoothly from there. 5 star service.

My experience buying a car was excellent from start to finish. Nathan was amazing to work with he communicated very well throughout the entire process and made everything smooth and easy. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions. The whole experience was stress-free, and I truly appreciated how simple he made everything. I normally don’t write long reviews, but this experience deserves it. I was up late one night doing research after getting approved for a loan through SchoolsFirst Credit Union. I needed a truck for business, so I was deep into comparing models, pricing, and specs. Around 3:30 AM, a certified pre‑owned GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate suddenly popped up on Penske’s website. It only had two photos, but the Carfax and details were all there, which helped — I’m a visual person, though, so I wanted more. I filled out the online form, and to my luck Tyler Colbert called me. I’ll be honest — I came in a little guarded because we’ve all had dealership experiences where the price changes, the upselling starts, or the pressure kicks in. I already had my financing lined up and knew exactly what I wanted, so I wasn’t in the mood for games. Tyler handled everything professionally. He sent me interior photos right away and answered my questions without any pressure. After a bit of back‑and‑forth, I told him I was serious and driving up from Santa Ana that same day. When I arrived, the truck still needed a few repairs and final inspections. Instead of trying to rush the sale, they made sure everything met their standards first — which I appreciated. I met their finance manager briefly, and Bryan, another manager, checked in as well. Still no pressure, no gimmicks. Later, I received an email from their GM, Niko Spasic, so I called him to give some feedback. Shortly after, I got a call from their finance manager that honestly could have cost them the sale. I called Niko back to let him know, and he immediately stepped in and handled it. From that point on, Tyler and Bryan took over the entire transaction. I even signed my paperwork with Tyler — smooth, straightforward, and respectful. What really impressed me was everything that happened after the sale: -A detailer accidentally caused a small issue with the steering wheel — Niko took care of it immediately. -I was missing my second key — Tyler and Niko handled it without hesitation. -There was a rear bumper issue — Bryan made sure it was resolved. These guys didn’t skip a beat. Tyler’s communication, Bryan’s support, and Niko’s leadership turned what could’ve been a stressful purchase into the best vehicle‑buying experience I’ve ever had. I even joked with Tyler that this was smoother than dealing with the DMV or my cell phone provider. No haggling. No arguing. No pressure. Just: “This is what I want — can you honor it?” And they did. For the price I paid and the level of service I received, I feel genuinely good about this purchase. I’m already planning my next vehicle upgrade in a few months, and I told Tyler to be ready because my fiancée’s car is next. Thank you Tyler, Niko, and Bryan.
