Then I met Julian as I was leaving and again, had an amazing conversation. The people here are so helpful. Would highly recommend getting service here or coming to Julian for any advise on purchasing or leasing a Mercedes.”

“I don’t typically leave reviews, but after the experience I had with this dealer I was left with no choice. I’ve gone to this dealer about 3 times and each time there has always been some other issue that has happened since leaving my car with them. This last time I took my car in on Tuesday 9/26 for a simple oil change service, and possible B service. They basically took about 3 hours to complete an oil change and replace wiper blades, they didn’t do anything else. The service advisor Pablo M, is they type to beat around the bush. Not only that he makes little attitude comments, he thinks he’s slick, but you can see right through the fake personality. The do the service, I leave. 2 days later the car starts having a coolant leak issue and I can’t use the car. I’m stuck about 27 miles from home so now I’m paying to get the car towed back home. I called the dealer right when it happened, it was late and the dealer was closing within the hour so I get it if they can’t help me. But Pablo is telling me, “bring it in so we can figure out what the problem is” I’m like an hour away from them so I won’t make it before they close. Are you gonna wait for me to show up? and then how am I supposed to get home? Hitch a ride? I ask Pablo these questions he doesn’t give me a straight answer. All he can say is I spoke with the manager April, she’ll wait for you. Okay? What does that mean for the other issues ?? I tell him I want to speak to the manager, and he basically blows me off and says oh she can’t talk right now, she’s “closing out the month” which I already know that’s some nonsense they tell customers, so they don’t have to deal with them. I would not advise taking your car to this dealer. They don’t care about your business.”
