Although we didn’t purchase the vehicle directly through them (we worked with a broker), the in-store experience was still very positive. After we walked into the showroom, several staff members were quick to assist us, helped us locate the representative we were supposed to meet, and offered drinks like water and coffee. They also took time to walk us through the Mercedes app and its features, which was very helpful. Overall, a good and professional experience.”
