My visit to Genesis of South Bay was absolutely outstanding. This was my first time ever stepping into a Genesis dealership, and the experience truly exceeded my expectations.
From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely professional. The team took time to chat with me and even congratulated me on my new car that I purchased back in November, which made the visit feel personal and special. I didnāt feel like just another customer ā I felt like a valued member of the Genesis community, and that really stood out.
The facility itself is beautiful ā clean, modern, and comfortable ā and it really reinforces the premium ownership experience Genesis promises.
I also appreciated how attentive the staff was to my preferences. I didnāt request a car wash, and they respected that without hesitation. Itās those small details that show how much they truly listen.
I drove all the way from Bakersfield just to see what the Genesis ownership experience was like, and I can confidently say the trip was worth it. I left impressed and completely satisfied.
A special shoutout to Jason Yunseong Lee, who was a fantastic service advocate and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

āWe purchased our Genesis GV80 from David, who was the first to call me after I inquired through the Genesis portal. From the very beginning, he was attentive and helpful--answering all my questions and preparing everything in advance. When we arrived at the dealership, the car was ready to go with a full tank of gas, beautifully detailed, and even topped with a bow!ā

āGenesis South Bay is the best Genesis location Iāve been to hands down!! Now this is what you call customer service. My service advisor, Jason Lee was awesome! Iād definitely give him 10 starts if I could. I came into get an oil change and also need my fuel injection serviced, Jason was able to accommodate me on both of these services at a pretty nice amount that didnāt break my wallet. I also received a complimentary car wash which Jason surprised me with. I originally got my Gv70 from the Santa Monica location and I oh so wish I wouldāve came here first instead. If you want high end, luxury customer service then this is your spot! Shout out to Jason Lee, thanks Jason!ā

āAs always, I had an outstanding experience with service at Genesis Of South Bay with my regular service advisor Jason Lee. I feel like he always goes above and beyond, but this time he really did because my seat mechanism wasnāt working and I couldnāt get close enough to reach the pedals! He arranged a loaner for me with just a couple of hours notice and I was able to bring my car in to be fixed.
And he always makes it a very pleasant experience so I can wait in the lounge while any paperwork is being done. The lounge is very nice and well stocked with drinks and snack! Iāve had many German and Japanese luxury cars, but I have to say that Genesis of South Bay honestly has the best service experience Iāve ever had.ā
