The team took time to chat with me and even congratulated me on my new car that I purchased back in November, which made the visit feel personal and special. I didn’t feel like just another customer — I felt like a valued member of the Genesis community, and that really stood out. The facility itself is beautiful — clean, modern, and comfortable — and it really reinforces the premium ownership experience Genesis promises. I also appreciated how attentive the staff was to my preferences. I didn’t request a car wash, and they respected that without hesitation. I’d definitely give him 10 starts if I could. I came into get an oil change and also need my fuel injection serviced, Jason was able to accommodate me on both of these services at a pretty nice amount that didn’t break my wallet. I also received a complimentary car wash which Jason surprised me with. I originally got my Gv70 from the Santa Monica location and I oh so wish I would’ve came here first instead. “As always, I had an outstanding experience with service at Genesis Of South Bay with my regular service advisor Jason Lee. I feel like he always goes above and beyond, but this time he really did because my seat mechanism wasn’t working and I couldn’t get close enough to reach the pedals! He arranged a loaner for me with just a couple of hours notice and I was able to bring my car in to be fixed. And he always makes it a very pleasant experience so I can wait in the lounge while any paperwork is being done. The lounge is very nice and well stocked with drinks and snack! I’ve had many German and Japanese luxury cars, but I have to say that Genesis of South Bay honestly has the best service experience I’ve ever had.”
