βJimmy the sales rep made all the difference in my experience, excellent customer service - was greeted with respect and introduced to Jimmy who had a command of technical experience about the car I wantd... No haggling, great prices, service waiting area is the best for all - sound proof children's waiting room, yet comfortable seating for the business person. Clean bathrooms, and coffee bar. No complaints about the experience - excellent from beginng to end. I bought the elantra.β

βThis experience was great! I had a 2025 Palisade and was hit in a wreck and I contacted Larry Chapman and he connected me to Peyten Christiansen, the General Manager. He took such great care of me and Chris my sales person was great!! He had also helped me with my first Palisade. My 2026 Palisade is beautiful!! Great experience all around!!β

βNever say never! I have owned a few cars and it was time for an upgrade, so my husband and I decided to test drive on Saturday. We were not expecting to drive away with a vehicle, but we did. Our salesperson was Joe, who was very up front and did not waste our time. He listed to what we wanted and presented us with cars until we found our sweet spot. He was very professional and courteous and worked within what we needed. We would definitely purchase here again and recommend Joe absolutely π―/π―. Chris our finance guy was ready for us and had all of our paperwork ready to go. Great job!
UPDATE: We still love our new car and would definitely purchase again from Tomball Hyundai in the future! Unfortunately, we are still waiting for weatherproof floor mats that were promised with our purchase. After countless calls, it does not seem that we will receive them, but a definitive βyesβ or βnoβ would be great.β

βI stopped in here because I like Hyundai and I needed a new car. I normally stop at a competitor off of 45 in Spring for this brand. They had a good deal on the Internet and I wanted to see if they still had it. Unfortunately, they already started it before I got there. Damn the luck.
Met a sales person name, Ken. He was easy to work with. Pretty friendly and helpful. He helped me get the car I wanted. We made a deal. I think everybody was happy with it. They didn't let me leave so it must've been a good deal for them too. I was satisfied with my side of the bargain.
I had to go back the next day because the car wasn't ready just yet. I spent too long waiting for the car to be prepared. They could've just told me to wait till tomorrow to pick the car up and that would've been all good.
As far as I know if you don't drive the car out a lot then it's not considered a sale and it's not official. I know some people that have buyers remorse but if I tell them, I'm gonna buy the car then I would buy the car.
There was a little rocky experience with their finance guy, Jimmy. He has a mouth on him. You shouldn't treat your customers that way Jimmy. Then again most car dealers don't care about their customers.
Overall, it was a good experience and I would come back.β

βGood experience with these guys. Buying a car for our son. Bought a 2023 GV70 and it is in perfect condition. Had a good experience with Ken. Very friendly and funny. Iβm sure he was ready for us to get out of there! π I hate buying cars but these guys made it fairly effortless. Highly recommend!β
