Victor in sales is such a nice guy. I went in today for a new truck and he had me in and out in less than 3 hours. Was nice not to have to do all the back and forth with him and we were able to make a deal fast.

Mr. Mark Croom and Mr. Whitney Babineaux, thank you guys so very much for helping me get into a new Silverado! I know I wasn’t an easy sale but, both of you were kind, straightforward, and patient! This was the second vehicle I’ve purchased from Parkway and I must say I won’t be going anywhere else for as long as I drive a Chevy! Thank you to the entire team! After dealing with another dealership in the morning that didn’t seem to care one bit for my business, I learned I never should have looked anywhere else other than Parkway Chevrolet in Tomball. Once again thank you, I will always recommend you guys!

Just purchased a 2026 Trailboss. This was a stressful time as we were not willingly looking to buy a vehicle. Husband probably contacted 10 other dealerships and countless sales people. Thankfully he found Daniel here at Parkway. Not only was he very patient and helpful in finding us the perfect truck he beat the other dealerships price by at least $3000. This was one of the smoothest car purchases we have ever had. This is our 5th Silverado purchase in addition to several other Chevy vehicles. The manager Mr. Babineaux was a pleasure to meet and visit with. Felt like old friends. The finance guy Mr. Broussard was very easy to work with also. We had outside financing and Parkway was very accommodating to getting us in and out quickly! Highly recommend!

Extremely disappointing experience with Parkway Chevrolet in Tomball. They previously performed a major internal engine repair on my 2019 Silverado (lifter replacement). When the truck developed a serious engine problem again, I returned expecting support and responsibility from the same dealership — instead I received pressure and denial. Without even performing a teardown, Service Manager Joe Miller declared the issue was not related to their previous work, even though it involves the same engine system. They demanded thousands of dollars for teardown with no guarantee of warranty evaluation, and even while I had an active GM Customer Care case. I was also told that if I did not authorize payment, I should remove my vehicle from their facility — which felt like pressure rather than customer service. I have had to escalate with GM, request TAC review and District Service Manager involvement because Parkway Chevrolet refuses to cooperate properly. As a loyal GM customer, this has been stressful, frustrating, and extremely disappointing. If you are considering trusting them with major engine repairs, think twice. Poor transparency, no accountability, and very little respect for the customer.

Drew Brower was AWESOME!! I found my Bronco on Facebook marketplace and I’m so glad I did!! Drew was EXTREMELY communicative from our first message all the way until even AFTER I bought my ride!! His genuine interest in helping me get the ride I wanted is GREATLY appreciated!! I would DEFINITELY recommend Drew to ANYONE looking for a new ride!!
