“Extremely disappointing experience with Parkway Chevrolet in Tomball. They previously performed a major internal engine repair on my 2019 Silverado (lifter replacement). When the truck developed a serious engine problem again, I returned expecting support and responsibility from the same dealership — instead I received pressure and denial. Without even performing a teardown, Service Manager Joe Miller declared the issue was not related to their previous work, even though it involves the same engine system. They demanded thousands of dollars for teardown with no guarantee of warranty evaluation, and even while I had an active GM Customer Care case. I was also told that if I did not authorize payment, I should remove my vehicle from their facility — which felt like pressure rather than customer service. I have had to escalate with GM, request TAC review and District Service Manager involvement because Parkway Chevrolet refuses to cooperate properly. As a loyal GM customer, this has been stressful, frustrating, and extremely disappointing. If you are considering trusting them with major engine repairs, think twice. Poor transparency, no accountability, and very little respect for the customer.”
