“We purchased our daughter’s first vehicle from G Motors on today. We had the pleasure of working with Manny. He was very professional, and helpful. He assisted us from the beginning to the end of the sale. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend anyone that may be looking to purchase a nice used vehicle, pay them a visit and you won’t be disappointed.”

“Honestly, I have no idea how this dealership maintains a 4-star rating on any service Carfax must be most accurate. If you’re considering purchasing from them, pay very close attention to the negative reviews—they are likely a more accurate reflection of the service provided.
I purchased a Scat Pack Challenger from them shortly after moving to Texas and worked with Ruben and Iman. About two months later, I brought the car to my mechanic to replace the front lip. What my mechanic discovered was shocking.
The entire front end was being held together with glue, staples, and zip ties. The frame was still bent from prior front-end damage, and the car was missing a shock absorber entirely. On top of that, the hood—which should not have been—was aluminum, covered in bondo and spray painted, clearly masking previous damage.
I purchased this car believing it was in proper condition, but instead I ended up with a mechanical nightmare that had been hastily and poorly repaired. I reached out to the dealership regarding the missing shock absorber and existing frame damage—serious safety concerns—and never received a response.
At this point, I’m facing roughly $6,000 in repairs just to bring the vehicle up to a standard it should have been sold in to begin with. I’m not sure what kind of “pre-sale inspection” this dealership claims to perform, but it is clearly not a thorough or legitimate one.
I strongly recommend taking any vehicle from this dealership to your own trusted mechanic during a test drive or immediately after purchase. It could save you a massive amount of money and stress. Unfortunately, after reading other reviews, my experience does not seem to be unique”

“Just purchased a Mercedes from this dealership. everything was fine on the test drive. but when I got home a notification popped up on the dash regarding the B5 service. I've heard of dealerships doing things like this but never thought I would experience it. looking at this notification, I'm positive this was cleared just to sell the vehicle. I will be contacting the dealership regarding this matter. Hopefully it can be resolved. Laura was great and very attentive!!! I would definitely recommend dealing with her.”

“We purchased a used car from this dealership for our son, who had worked hard and saved up to buy his first vehicle. We believed we were being treated fairly — but everything turned out to be a lie.
The car was sold to us with dangerously worn tires — the belts were showing. The oil hadn’t been changed in years, and the filter disintegrated when it was finally removed. The horn doesn’t work, someone had replaced the steering wheel, and the airbags are non-functional. None of this was disclosed. They promised to detail the car — they didn’t.
The first car they had us test drive wouldn’t even start due to a dead battery. We saw another couple have the same experience and walk out — we wish we had done the same.
They hide behind “as-is” paperwork and pressure buyers into signing complex forms and purchasing a third-party warranty that barely covers anything. They know exactly what they’re doing — taking advantage of people who just want a reliable vehicle. This isn’t just bad business — it’s dangerous. Someone could get seriously hurt or killed in one of these vehicles.
This dealership must be held accountable. What they’re doing is not just unethical — it’s a threat to public safety.”

“Avoid at all costs, unless you enjoy feeling scammed.
When we bought our car, we were assured that all maintenance had been done and that the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected. Barely 10 miles after receiving it, on our way home the very same day, the check engine light came on. We immediately contacted the seller, who told us to email the relevant department. We sent several emails but never received any response.
I’ll let you look at the pictures and judge for yourself.
Engine parts were poorly secured, there was an oil leak, the air filter was filthy… and on top of all that, the gearbox is defective.
On the day of purchase, they refused to let us test drive the car, claiming it was because we had European driver’s licenses. Another very suspicious detail: they never start the car in front of you. They ask you to wait in a room and only bring the car to you once it’s already running. It really feels like they do this to clear any warning lights before showing you the vehicle.
They told us the car was in perfect condition and that there was nothing to fix. All lies.
They don’t even deserve a single star.”
