“I went to Brondes, just to look at an Edge I inquired about online. After meeting Kraig, I ended up buying the vehicle the same day. I was never bombarded with multiple emails and texts before my appointment. I was met with kindness; there was no pressure to buy, and Kraig was extremely honest and kind. Kraig had 2 vehicles ready for me to look at when I arrived. Bondes worked with me on my trade-in to get me the payments that worked for me. Kim was also so nice and informative while signing documents. After purchasing my last 2 vehicles, I dreaded going to a dealership. When it's time to trade, I will be going to Brondes.”

“LADIES BEWARE!!! I purchased a 2022 Escape this year, I test drove it on a Wednesday, looked it over to make sure all the tires matched as I know of someone else who bought a vehicle from them only to realize later that none of the tires matched. Anyway, all the tires matched and the wheels were silver. I went in two days later, signed the paperwork and was very happy with my purchase. The next morning I discovered that the swapped out the drivers side front tire and changed the wheels to cheap plastic black ones. I called and was told by the salesperson that I bought it from I would have to talk to his manager, who, of course, was in a meeting. The manager did return my call only to tell me that he was looking at the inspection paperwork from when they acquired the vehicle and that is how it came to them. I stopped by the dealership the following Monday and asked to see the paperwork but was instead sent to the service department where I was "assured" that there is no problem having tires that do not match and was disregarded once again. I know its just a tire, BUT its the fact that they all lied. I would have reached out to corporate about this, but, it most likely would have only led to more frustration. I am pretty sure if I was male this would have never happened.”

She took the time to explain everything to me and even dealt with my grandpa who tagged along (we all know how many questions grandpas have lol) but Sunday was sweet, genuine, and so caring throughout the whole process!
