From the start, he made sure we felt comfortable and clearly explained all the services being done. Unfortunately, the engine in my wife’s 2021 GMC Yukon Denali broke down, but Jim was on top of everything right away. He made sure all the details were handled properly, especially regarding the recall on the vehicle, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. His professionalism and communication made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. He also worked quickly to provide us with a loaner vehicle as soon as he could, which helped us tremendously while our vehicle was being serviced. The level of care and attention he showed really stood out. Overall, this was one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. “Scheduled an appointment for a front end alignment. I drove 35 minutes to get their on time for them to not even take the truck and say “nothing I can do”. Didn’t honor their appointment. A call prior saying they couldn’t fit me in would have been nice. I’ll never go back.”
