“Rizza wastes people's time. Did their online click and drive on a specific vehicle I wanted. Set the appointment time up. Had my vehicle's title and a check for $15k down. Showed up to my appointment, only to find out the vehicle had been sold. They KNEW I was coming and couldn't call or email me to let me know that specific vehicle got sold. 45 minute drive each way and a wasted trip to my bank. I believe they intentionally did not inform me the vehicle was sold so they can try and sell me something else. I don't want to spend my money with a business who does shady stuff like this! I'll find a new vehicle somewhere else!”
