“These guys are just dishonest. GET ANYTHING PROMISED IN WRITING!!!!!!! I purchased a truck from 3 weeks ago. Pictures online show no damage. After I sign everything it turns out there are dents in the side and a giant gauge in the driver side door. Along with scratches all down the windshield. The salesman Justin told me not to worry that he would get with his body guy and schedule to get it fixed. Guaranteed me they would fix it or I wouldn’t have purchased the truck. I call for 3 weeks to find out when they are going to fix it and was told, “Sorry, you bought a used truck and we don’t have to fix it. That they can’t fix the dent, but would work with me to make it look better and that the windshield passed inspection so we don’t have to replace it.” Just know they will tell you what you want to hear to get you to sign, but they have zero intention of keeping their word!!!!! Then they reply saying thank you for the feedback, customer service and maintaining high standards are important to them, call us at this number to discuss but list a phone number to call them that is no longer in service!!!! Just trying to save face on Google, without having to actually do anything I guess.”
