“UPDATE. After enough bashing, poking and posting their F rating on Facebook, and calling the owner all day long, they finally agreed to buy truck back and let me walk away from this experience!! Then they messaged me to ask if I would delete this! I want EVERYONE to know what they put me through to get to this point! 😎 So I purchased a used vehicles from them December 21st, didn’t get out of terre haute and had 3 issues. First was an ABS issue, second was the radio was not working well at all. They originally said they wouldn’t fix the radio because it wasn’t part of the “powertrain” warranty. Then it was shifting hard and downshifting hard. I drove the truck maybe a week and they got it in the shop. They flushed the transmission, fixed the abs issue which was a recall that should had been done before selling me an unsafe vehicle. I threw a fit and they agreed to replace the radio with a used one. I got the truck back and immediately on the trip home it wasn’t acting as it should, made another appointment to drop it off. Take it in there to have them look at the Transmission again. Called me and told me they couldn’t find anything wrong that they were done with it! I pick it up and they had driven it past my mileage on the warranty! Had to make a Facebook post saying they wouldn’t work with me, for them to get the truck back in to look at it. They get it in and find that indeed the transmission is not correctly working! They pull it and take it to their “specialist” rebuilds the transmission and gets it put back in. Two week go by and I get a call that they test drove the truck and the transmission failed and they had to have it towed back. In the process of this I am trying to get them to let me trade for another vehicle. I’ve put less than 500 miles on the truck at this time and they offer me $2,750 less than I paid for a vehicle I’ve not hardly even had. On a truck that was $100 more would have cost me $6,000 extra just to get in it because They wouldn’t give me a fair price on my truck! I was just wanting to get out of the truck, I do not feel comfortable with all the issues in such little time. Also feel that they should work with me little more since I purchased my truck 75 days ago and had it at my house for maybe a week and a half. They have had it the rest of the time. I’ve paid 2 payments with it being at their shop and they act like giving me a 4 door Malibu to drive is “working with me” That is completely the only thing they have done to “help” is give me wheels to drive why they continuously try and get my truck going!”
