“Great experience from this dealership buying a newer used truck. Gary offered a no pressure sales experience, and was very straightforward with all information. I choose this dealership over others since they do not push all the add on fees or items (Ceramic coating, door edge guards, theft tracking that up to over $1,600 at other dealerships). Thank you Bill Luke for advertising a great price and not requiring all the add on charges. Luis from financing was great to work with, and went the extra mile to get great financing. My next new vehicle purchase will be through Bill Luke. Keep up the great customer service, and I will always be a customer.”

“Let’s just start off by saying I detest shopping for cars and going to dealers. It stresses me out so walking in, I was anxious and mentally preparing myself for the exhausting back and forth. Fortunately, Jonathan walked up and introduced himself. Right from the start he displayed professionalism, was very polite, and didn’t get all pushy when it came down to discuss numbers. “I bought a 2021 Stelvio about 3 years ago and I've had no problems whatsoever with that car...well, one little rattle somewhere in the very back I can't track down...but it's now a 5 year old car.
I had a stack of recalls for various electronics issues that I decided to have fixed. I made an appointment easily with the team and they even arranged my rental car while it was being fixed. I asked if they'd mind doing an inspection and letting me know what I should service. The car only has 45,000 miles on it, but I want it to stay in good shape.
They quickly got all the recalls updated and sent me a punch list with about 10 recommendations that varied on near term service and long term service. I chose a few that I felt were important, about $900 worth of service, and they went to work quickly.
Let me say that the service department is spotless and my service agent, Shannon, was a delight. I'd recommend anyone to their service department. They're quick, honest and genuinely seem to care about you and your vehicle.”

“Every step of the way was made effortless, and every one was very inviting, including the associates that I didn’t work with. Me and my sales person James hit it off right away. He was patient and friendly and positive. He answered all of my multiple questions, went out of his way to accommodate all of my request and made sure it was an overall comfortable experience.
