“My overall experience buying a vehicle from Bill Luke Tempe was positive, though at the end of the ride I would say some aspects could have been handled better. My husband and I were immediately greeted by several sales members and as we already had an idea of which vehicle suited us, it was immediately brought forth from stock. We were shown various features and test drive was discussed and ID was verified- 5 minutes later we were off in a 2023 Ford Lightening. What a ride! Got back to the dealer crunch some ## found some common ground for negotiation and cut a deal. Was almost immediately ushered into Finance office for contract finalization and digital document signing, at which time I was told all documents would be sent via encrypted email to the email address that I had provided. Unfortunately throughout the following 7 days I was texting and calling both the Salesman and the Finance guys multiple times trying to get the name of the Lender on the loan [in order to add my truck to my current insurance] and to get a copy of my loan documents to setup autopayment. I had to physically go back to the dealer for them to stop telling me to check my spam folder only to find out they had misspelled my email address and kept sending my personal financial information to some other email address. In my texts to both employees I had asked them to check to make sure that they had the correct address sending the email address properly spelled. My frustration could have been avoided. Anyway my advice would be to get a physical copy before you leave the lot. 😁👍”

He was patient and friendly and positive. He answered all of my multiple questions, went out of his way to accommodate all of my request and made sure it was an overall comfortable experience. “I was really nervous to purchase a vehicle. It had been a long time since I had a car payment, but my old car was totaled, and my family has grown so I needed something that would fit us all but most importantly fit my budget.
