ā€œDavid, the sales manager, went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted. I was very worried because I thought the vehicle had been sold, but it turned out to be a misunderstanding on MY part, and David immediately put me at ease. My experience started the day before with Charlie, but I had to leave unexpectedly. The next day, David and Ross got me in and out in about an hour and a half with a smooth, stress free process. This is the third car I’ve purchased from this dealership. They are great and trustworthy, which is why I keep coming back. Highly recommend.ā€

I was unable to make the trip to purchase the car, and Robert Ross took the time necessary to record a video of the vehicle and send it to me. He worked with me to hold the car and give me updates on the car as he held it for me. "If you're looking for a car, go see Robert Ross. Buying a car can be intimidating, but Robert was transparent about pricing and worked hard to get me the best possible deal. He even followed up a few days after the sale to make sure I was enjoying the car and understood how to use all the tech features. Exceptional service from start to finish!"ā€

ā€œā€¼ļøPLEASE DONT GO HEREā€¼ļø I BOUGHT MY 2020 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE PRE USED 17k CASH, MY MECHANIC FOUND ā€œSTOP A LEAKā€ LIQUID ALL IN MY RESERVOIR, TO TEMPORARILY CURE A BAD HEAD GASKET, I CALLED TO TRY RESOLVE THE ISSUE AFTER ONLY HAVING THE VEHICLE FOR 2 WEEKS, THE GM MANAGER WAS REALLY RUDE TO ME HE SAID ITS NOT THEIR PROBLEM AND NOTHING THEY WILL DO ABOUT IT OR EVEN WORK WITH ME. PLEASE DONT GO HERE NOW I HAVE TO PAY OVER 8k OUT OF MY POCKET TO GET THIS FIXED. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE AND DONT BUY CARS OFF OF THEMā€¼ļøā€
