Stopped at front desk,the young lady there took our information as to why we where there. Then proceeded to ask our income information, how we were to pay ,how much down payment and so on. Long story short,they acted like they didn't want to show us the truck so we never gave full information to them. We know how to cover our own assets . We have been to previous dealers in Springfield,not one wanted to know our information before even showing the trucks. So we are still shopping,and when we find what he wants that dealership will get our business.”

“I would give less stars. Will not be buying another vehicle from this place at all. 6 months into me having my truck. Already put 1000 dollars into repairs. Another family member now has 6000 dollars worth of repair on a vehicle that they bought 6 months ago. They provide little to no warranty on anything. And very little help. Almost could say they're as bad if not worse than other dealers I know.”
