ā€œI recently had an outstanding experience with my car purchase that did not start out very well. The vehicle that I originally wanted to purchase was no longer available for sale. The Finance Mgr. Nidal Hatoum, exceeded my expectations by finding a better option with less miles and in better condition. He was very welcoming, courteous, and patient with me during my frustration and made my experience an exceptional one. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, he was wiping it off ensuring that it was spotless for me. Thank you, Toyota, for your outstanding customer service!ā€

ā€œI had such a great experience at Toyota of Tampa Bay! My sales guy Yousef made the whole process super smooth with no hidden fees or surprises — everything was exactly how we discussed. Dino in finance was awesome too and made the paperwork quick and easy. I recently came back for the tint they owed me, and my service advisor Josh had me in and out in about an hour and a half. The tint looks great and they did an excellent job. Overall, everyone I worked with was honest, professional, and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!ā€

ā€œI had a very disappointing experience at Fletcher Toyota in Tampa. I purchased a 2020 Toyota Corolla only nine months ago, and I’m already facing several issues with the car — visible damages and defects that were never properly disclosed. During the process, I test-drove one vehicle, and when it was time to sign the papers, I was told that car was no longer available. They assured me the replacement was the same year, same model, and in ā€œperfectā€ condition — just a different color. Unfortunately, that wasn’t true. The car they gave me was in poor condition, and I now feel trapped with an overpriced vehicle that is worth much less than what I owe. When I expressed my concerns, I was told they sell hundreds of cars a day and that they don’t worry if a car is a bit dirty or damaged. That response showed a complete lack of professionalism and care for the customer. I’m sharing this to help others be more cautious and to encourage more transparency and accountability in the sales process. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a trustworthy experience. What I truly wish is for Fletcher Toyota to take accountability for this situation. I’m paying a high amount every month for a car that was misrepresented and delivered in poor condition. I didn’t feel respected during the process, and this whole experience has affected me emotionally. All I want is a fair opportunity to trade in this car for one that’s actually in good condition, so I can stop feeling taken advantage of. I believe this dealership still has a chance to make things right — not just for me, but to show that they care about their customers’ trust and well-being.ā€
