The staff immediately made me feel welcome — offering me water, snacks, and making sure I was comfortable while I waited (which honestly wasn’t long at all). (To put it in perspective, most people spend an average of 3 to 5 hours at dealerships So be prepared they do this to exhaust you so you can’t negotiate or think straight so at the end when they want you to buy insurance or a warranty or whatever even if it’s not in your best interest you do) anyway, I was there for less than two hours The price was honest and fair so I didn’t need a negotiate. What really stood out to me was how non-pushy everyone was. No pressure, no gimmicks — just honest people who genuinely wanted to help me find the right vehicle. The prices were extremely fair, and they had an amazing deal on a Toyota Sienna, which I had been searching for for quite some time. They let me take my time on the test drive, answered all my questions, and when I noticed a couple of small blemishes, they took care of them immediately without hesitation.
