Honestly, this was my best car buying experience ever (start to finish was 2 hours), and I'm old(er) (I've bought a lot of cars over the years). “Updated Review: What we thought was a great experience quickly eroded into one of the worst car buying experiences. BUYER BEWARE!!! After reading similar review, I’m disappointed to know that this is not an isolated experience but rather common dealing with this dealership. We came from Orlando to buy a BMW 330i for our son’s 16th birthday coming in April. The car buying experience was great until about 24 hours after we got the car home. I immediately noticed an oil leak. We were advised that it came with a 90 day warranty that covered everything so we promptly scheduled an appointment at Audi in Orlando. Due to the holiday and the scope of work Audi advised that the vehicle be serviced at BMW. After speaking with Evin and the management team we were assured that taking the vehicle to Fields BMW here in Orlando, there would be no issues and the warranty would cover the vehicle. Long story short- AutoNation backpedaled their warranty claim and the vehicle needs a new oil pan, drain plug and an emergency call repair totaling over $5k. After a week of going back and forth with Evin and different managers we have been getting the run around the vehicles is still at BMW and there’s no solution in sight. They are trying to push the financial responsibility onto us when the issue pertaining to the oil pan derived from them authorizing work on the vehicle from a 3rd party that predates our purchase and should by the contract be covered under the 90 day warranty. This matter will be escalated and reported to the AG and BBB. Save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere.”
