Service center does a great job communicating the car’s needs and repairs. Provides accurate estimates and time expectations for service. Check in and out process was easy and quick.

I had a great experience with Duane in the service department at Ed Morse Mitsubishi. He is professional, courteous, and very attentive. Duane took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure my concerns were addressed. It’s rare to find service advisors who truly care, and Duane definitely does. I highly recommend asking for him if you need service done.

Absolutely the worst vehicle purchasing experience. I was explicitly told by a manager that an issue with the vehicle would be fixed, even though the car was delivered to me with the problem already present. Months later, they changed their story and claimed they could do nothing because mechanics in Tampa, Florida supposedly inspected the vehicle before shipment. This is completely false. I have attached photos with time stamps showing the exact moment the vehicle was delivered, and the warning lights are already illuminated on the dashboard. This is blatant misrepresentation and extremely deceptive business practices. Save yourself the frustration and do not do business here. **update: reviewed video sent by sales person while vehicle was still on lot and the warning sign is present on vehicle then! 2 screenshots added.

The adventure continued. The manger never called me back, but once I did this review hit the web, the operation manager called. He wanted to know what it would take to get me to remove this review. I have it in writing that they would fix the tint that their employee tore. I live a distant from the dealership. I had a company to replace the tint that I have used forever and their estimate was 300.00 dollars. This gentleman said that was too much and he could get it done alot cheaper. To make a long discussion short, I settled on 225.00 dollars at least it was better than nothing, which he started the negotiations. I didn't realize I would have to negotiate multiple times to get somewhere close to what was in our contract. I don't like people trying to buy me off. Beware of this company. It makes me ill everytime I see Teddy Morse say how wonderful it is to work with this company. This dealership doesn't even deserve one star. I purchased a Tesla on July 22, 2025. They didn't give me the portable charger that should go with the car. They tore the window tint on the windshield and expects me to drive 43 mins for them to remove the tint and then I would have to drive back home 43 mins to have my guys replace it. They say they can not do it, but said they would replace it. Then I am to send them the invoice to pay for the tint replacement. They also said they order the hubcaps before we purchases the car and now 2 weeks later still no hubcaps. This is the worse car dealership I have every used. I would recommend anyone else but them.
