Had my car towed here because it was dead. At first the receptionist and mechanic were nice over the phone, and after some testing, they told me I needed a new battery and alternator. Wanted to charge me $2500 for the alternator and $300 for the battery (both not top of the line brands either). I did not have a good feeling about that, so I called a local place to have it towed there. I called the dealership no joke about 10 times as no one was answering the phone, to coordinate details of the hand off. Finally I got the tow truck to communicate with them. The second shop ran extensive tests and confined my alternator was actually completely fine. I had my battery replaced and the car works great. I have called an additional 4 times and left voicemails for the shop managers, as they always seem to be busy, to ask what they found and figure out why they recommended a completely new part. One of the shop workers was rude as well. No one has called me back, and it’s been almost a month. Super disappointed in this establishment.

Extraordinary experience at Courtesy Toyota. I went in for a test drive and drove out with a new truck! Creighton West was a great sales person and was able to give me a great value on my trade in to get me at the payment I wanted per month on a lease. He walked me through the process on the new app system they have and helped me transfer items from my car to the new truck. He was very honest and didn't take advantage of me. This is a great quality as I am a woman and most often car salesmen try to trick and swindle us. Alex Grant even through in a window tint package on them! Claire Morrow was quick and efficient in explaining the lease terms and conditions. All in all it was an enjoyable experience here! I love my new truck.

People are quick to complain when things go wrong, so I wanted to make sure I said something when someone truly steps up. I can’t say enough good things about Ian Finnan the service department manager. After a previous visit, I came in extremely upset and frustrated. I’ll be honest I wasn’t in the best mood walking through those doors. Ian completely turned the experience around. He was calm, polite, and incredibly understanding from the start. He took full ownership of the situation, got us into a rental right away, made sure our truck was properly taken care of, and covered everything. I was honestly shocked at how above and beyond he went for us. What stood out most was just how kind he was through the entire process. Even when I was frustrated, he treated us with respect and patience. That meant more than he probably realizes. Ian completely changed our experience, and we’re really grateful for him. I really appreciate you stepping up and making it right. It meant a lot to us.
