“My wife and I were looking to buy my daughter a used car. As usual, a salesman met us as we stepped out of the truck. We told him what we were looking for and the price range. He points out a truck that we loved but ended up being way over the price range we wanted. Then talks us into letting them run our credit. The credit score was a full 50 points lower than any credit report we had seen on credit karma or my bank had pulled. When we tried to negotiate the price down the salesman said "we dont do that here. The prices on our vehicles are already sales prices." So, in my opinion, these guys are liars and cheats. I will never go back to a Peltier dealership.”

“I had a fabulous experience at Peltier Chevrolet in Tyler. I had a meeting to come look at a certain truck I saw online a day or two before. I walk in and Franklin greeted me but of course the truck I wanted to look at sold the day before. BUT Franklin worked his tail off walked all over that lot with me twice to find a truck comparable to what I came to look at and at a price point I could afford. THEN once I picked out the truck they had some work cut out for them as my credit is shot due to a divorce. Tiara and Franklin both did all they possible could to get me into the truck I found up to and including finding someone to pay payoff on my trade in. As far as the truck I love it, I have had it a month and a half and only thing that was wrong was the windshield was cracked.
