“I visited your dealership today with my wife to look at a vehicle. Initially, we were warmly welcomed, and one of your team members kindly showed us the car and explained its features. We appreciated the time and attention.
After that, the salesperson presented us with an offer. I then shared my own offer, and he said he would check with his manager. A few minutes later he returned and told us that we needed to go to the manager’s office.
This approach was surprising and uncomfortable for us. In a professional customer experience, it is generally expected that if a manager needs to speak with a customer, the manager comes to greet the customer rather than asking the customer to come to the manager’s office. Being asked to do so felt discourteous and created a negative impression.
As a result of this experience, we decided not to continue the discussion and left the dealership. Unfortunately, based on this interaction, we do not plan to return in the future.
I wanted to share this feedback respectfully so that it may help improve the customer experience for others.”

“I recently purchased a 2026 Toyota Tacoma from Tustin Toyota, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Ray, Mario, and Tarek made the entire process incredibly simple and fast from start to finish.
What I appreciated most was that there was no back-and-forth on the sale. Everything was straightforward, transparent, and respectful of my time. They were professional, knowledgeable about the Tacoma, and made sure all my questions were answered without any pressure.
The whole transaction felt smooth and efficient — exactly how buying a new truck should be. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Ray, Mario, and Tarek at Tustin Toyota. They truly made this one of the easiest car purchases I’ve ever had.”

“Was referred to fleet Manager Brandon He by a friend and bought a Corolla cross. Brandon was very responsive and gave me a good deal on the car. He was very friendly and attentive with superb customer service. Car was sold straight as is no aftermarket add ons like other dealers that scam you.
Was picked up by the dealer and was given complimentary subway and coffee while I waited for my car to get ready.
If you want a straight forward deal just ask from Brandon.”

“Excellent service from Cody and Hannah - start to finish. Cody helped identify the vehicle, check inventory and provide constant communication. Hannah helped us with the test drive and paperwork. Finally, Cody helped finish paperwork and handle final delivery. Zero pressure. No promises were made he couldn't keep. Definitely coming back for next purchase.”
