“The service advisors were polite, but I had to wait three hours for an oil change. After waiting two and a half hours, the technician drained the oil in less than three minutes and completed the job in under ten minutes. I’m also unsure if they performed the routine checks, as the advisor mentioned that I need to change the brake fluid, but the technician’s inspection report showed everything was green. Overall, I do not recommend this dealership for any service.”
