“I reached out initially to Miguel, who was helpful and sent videos/close-ups of the vehicle. I was a serious out-of-state buyer, coordinated financing through my bank, authorized a down payment, and clearly communicated my intent.
Communication quickly deteriorated. Miguel went unresponsive for days without notice, ignored calls/texts, and was always “with other clients.” I called the dealership repeatedly to move things forward.
Penh answered one day and helped negotiate a small price reduction with the sales manager, since Miguel wasn’t responding. Eventually, Eric (sales manager) became my contact. He promised callbacks (e.g., “15 minutes” turned into 4+ hours, then “an hour” with no follow-up), citing only one finance person working.
After 5+ days of delays, no one in finance ever called despite my authorization form and card info—no down payment was even processed. Eric assured me Saturday night he’d arrange a car from the airport Sunday.
I flew in Sunday at 9 AM. Called Eric at 9:40—he said he was heading in and would order an Uber. 40 minutes later, after I followed up, he couldn’t figure it out and sent a useless screenshot. I got my own Uber after waiting 1.5 hours at the airport.
At the dealership, Eric treated me with clear contempt—no eye contact, no smiles, acted annoyed by basic timeline questions. When finance said they needed info from another manager (40 mins wait), I asked the sales manager directly—he snapped that he was “getting it ready now,” as if I’d been told (I hadn’t). No one explained processes or timelines.
The office felt cold and unwelcoming—minimal eye contact or warmth from staff. Only Bryan Souza and Ernesto showed any courtesy (test drive and congratulations handshake). Eric barked orders and ignored me after.
I’ve never spent five figures and felt so disrespected. No follow-up, no urgency for a committed buyer who’s flown in. Avoid this dealership if you value smooth, professional service.”

“We had a blast meeting Justin this afternoon to test drive his brand new Acura ADX! He took the time to send us a walk-around HD video of the car, as well as having it detailed in advance! WOW, what a beautiful vehicle & it drove like a dream.
I decided to go with a different Japanese brand, however, Justin remained so professional & treated us with the utmost respect. He knew when to ask questions, listened with intention & carried himself the right way. Make sure to ask for him whenever possible!”

“All around solid experience with the whole team there at DCH Tustin Acura, and I love the Acura brand. I've had several Acuras and l've loved them all. My sales rep Jose was the best of the best that l've worked with buying cars over the years. He's young, but that didn't matter. He was as professional and awesome as anyone my wife and I have ever worked with to help serve us getting a new car. He didn't push his own agenda, he listed well, was respectful and helped make sure we got exactly what we wanted and needed. Super impressed by him. I highly recommend Acura DCH Tustin.”
